home was dark, musty and did not have the supplies that a 650 plus plus location should have for a 17 day stay. toilet paper was like sandpaper, 3 trash bags only- when asked for more trash bags company to cheap to give (starter kit). no outdoor trash can to put garbage. kitchen did not have any kitchen wrap or foil. no shampoo/body soap have stayed in trillium previously in properties that are much better appointed. The landing boat house burned down after booking and they did not give any concession on booking - booked this property to be by lake and dock area. the water out of the faucet was not drinkable, dryer was slow to dry, downstairs bedrooms where dark ,musty, and high moisture along with a leak in one of the bedrooms nowhere to keep trash before taking to clubhouse dumpster. WHY? get bear proof can if you have no garage overall trillium is nice but this property not so nice especially when spending 12K for 14 days

Loved this listing and Evolve was so helpful when I had questions about extending our stay! We would stay there again for sure:)

Beautiful stay! Views were beautiful and space was great! Great response from property manager. House was well kept and comfortable. Only complaints were the indoor fireplace could not be used. We enjoy a fireplace when staying in the mountains. Outdoor fireplace worked fine. Also, guests must wash and put away dishes at check out. Recommend this be done by cleaning crew to ensure dishes are clean when put away. Dishes were not always clean. There was a problem with the dishwasher that was corrected immediately; however, I’m not sure it was reported prior to our arrival….which could explain dirty dishes. Plus, dishes were not easily found in cabinets as they are put away wherever the tenant puts them. All in all, it was a great stay and I would stay again. Beautiful clean property and great response from management.
