We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 2 pups at Ricks place! We only used the upstairs bedroom and the bed is extremely comfortable. It is nice to have screens on all the doors so you can leave them open while there to cool down the place which it did nicely every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor patio was so nice for the pups to hang out in after time on the beach. The rooftop deck was a bonus at night to look at the stars. The home is in a great location with coffee places and restaurants within walking distance.

10/10 will stay again and recommend to anyone. Lots of Airbnb’s have been disappointing of late but Rick’s place and communication was above and beyond and we were very impressed. The patios are incredible, the space is comfortable and it’s just a delightful property and host.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Rick's place is super clean and well appointed and it was awesome having the beach chairs and umbrellas to use. The place itself is super comfortable, warm and inviting and it was nice having the last unit in the complex for peace and quite. The outdoor chillin' space was our favorite spot to hang out after a long day at the beach. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future. Thanks Rick and family!

Wow! This place really is as great as everyone says. My husband and I have stayed at several Airbnb throughout the years at the villas, and this one is by far the most luxurious. Additionally, because the unit is on a back corner, you have tremendous privacy.  The kitchen is small, but very well appointed. The beds are super comfortable, water pressure in the showers is great (can be a rare find In Baja), the most importantly, the whole house water filtration system is so convenient! In addition to being prompt communicators, you can also see that Rick and his partner really love the place, and have put a lot of care and thoughtfulness into making it a home. We will certainly be staying here again - highly highly recommend
