We had a great stay in a comfy home. The house is not fancy, but we had everything we needed, and the host was responsive, and very pleasant. Would stay again!

Our family of four stayed here for a brief Columbus Day weekend visit to Yarmouth. Chris was proactive in reaching out to us, happy to answer questions and provide recommendations. The cottage offered a variety of sitting areas indoor and out, and was centrally located near Rt. 28 which helped us make the most of our weekend getaway. We opted to eat breakfast and lunch at the cottage, which had all the expected appliances in working order and plenty of plates/cups and utensils. Beds were on the firmer side as other guests have noted, but perfectly serviceable. Less than a mile to two beaches (one public, one private) allowed us to enjoy the seaside each morning. In short: a great find for a family of four looking for a cozy cottage mid-cape in a convenient location.

Christopher's place is outstanding!! We were able to see so many attractions within driving distance. We took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. There's a few beaches nearby. Christopher was so very helpful recommending places in the area and was wonderful with communicating. He checked in to see if we needed anything. The house was very well furnished and cozy. We hope to go back someday.

We had a good stay in the house in Yarmouth. Location is absolutely perfect. Extremely close to beautiful seagull and crowell beaches. All the amenities needed can be found on the main road half a mile from the house. I would strongly recommend over packing if you choose this as your destination. In addition to bringing your own linens and towels, would also add your own comforters and pillows. Perhaps even a mattress topper. The mattresses are extremely firm. Two twins and one full. We were on a quick, pre season get away and we had a good time. We would like to see this property again in a little better “seasonal” shape. The surrounding area is great and lacks no ameninties. But the property is tired and needs some TLC for the upcoming season.
