As others have said, this is a hidden gem of an apartment. We were only there one night but everything was very clean, quiet and nice. James was so easy to communicate with and even set up an extra bed for our 8 year old, which was so super appreciated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, we all slept great. Thanks for a great stay!!

Tiana’s Place was super convenient to downtown and very clean. Lots of room for the kids to sprawl out and have their own space. During the day you could hear people talking outside right outside the window as they walked by so I was worried about night time but amazingly it was super quiet and peaceful. Upstairs does echo easily and I was worried my kids would be too loud for the downstairs neighbor. The beds were so comfortable and we all got a good night’s sleep!

Curtains didn't keep out lights from outside at night. Beds were comfy and the master walk in shower was nice. Chipped dishes in the cabinets and layout for seating in living room wasn't conducive for movie night for 4 adults. Pictures were exactly what we got. Crazy big refrigerator that was difficult to get into or take things out. It was just 2 nights so we made the best of it. Definitely not walkable to Helen downtown area. Be prepared to drive to everything. Very clean bedrooms and bathrooms.

We decided on a last minute weekend trip and this is a great location, close to town, river runs right by it and we really appreciated the check in process, pictures make it easy as ever to find and check in. Very spacious and can accommodate a large group!
