Great little cabin with good proximity to lots of fun things to do and see. Great views!

Dylan was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay and responded when I had a couple of questions. The cabin has everything you need with 3 bedrooms that allow for 8 people comfortably, two rooms with queen beds and one room with bunk beds and twin-size upstairs, perfect for the kids! The cabin has everything you would typically need on a stay, and I felt like there was good value for what we paid. It lists it on the description, but the cabin is in a golf course community. I was concerned that it could take away the ambiance, but the area was well maintained, wooded and very quiet. You're essentially 5 minutes from town and close to all the amenities needed. If you're just looking to get away for a few days and enjoy some time outside, this is a great option.

We stayed at Hibernation Station for Spring Break and had a great time. It was a much better opinion than staying at a hotel. Dylan’s place was conveniently located near downtown Helen. It was in a gated community and I felt safe enough to let kids walk around the community. We had a great stay and really enjoyed our first visit to Helen.

The home was nice & clean, a very quiet neighborhood. Dylan was very responsive & helpful. I think it's important to note that parking only fits 2 vehicles - I believe that should be included in the description of the home. The picture of the parking area looks spacious, but that is definitely NOT the case. Everything else was just as expected.
