Welcome to Bear Ridge, where you can relax with your entire family. This two story cabin is less than one mile from downtown Helen and is nestled in the woods right outside the city limits. You are close enough to walk into town and secluded enough to enjoy outdoor living on the front porch or one of the two back decks. The upstairs back deck has a table for two and places you up in the trees. The bottom deck has a hot tub, outdoor seating and a gas grill so you can make yourself at home. You’ll have 1,000 sq ft of space to call your own. Bear Ridge Cabin is 2 stories. Upstairs you’ll enjoy the loft. That is where your office space, half bath, king size bed and private balcony for 2 is located. Downstairs you’ll enjoy the living room space, kitchen and dining area, washer & dryer, full bath that also has an over sized jacuzzi tub, the private bedroom that has a queen bed and through that bedroom you’ll get to the large back deck that has the hot tub that seats 5 comfortably, a table and seating for 4 and the gas grill for the times you’d like to cook outside. There is also added lighting to make the evening a little cozier. The back deck has stairs that lead to the back yard. A fence has been put in place for you and your loved ones protection. There is a hill that you could fall down and get hurt. Do not go around the sides of the fence to explore the woods. Bear Ridge is in a secluded area with lots of wildlife and that includes snakes and bugs. Do not be alarmed or surprised if a bear, fox, raccoon, deer, opossum, rabbit and so on wander by. You may also see a snake slither by and you are almost guaranteed to see several types of bugs. We have pest control monitor the cabin but due to being in the woods we cannot stop cabin intrusion 100% but we do our best. We will not be held responsible if any of the above mentioned or any other creatures of nature are seen inside or out of the cabin. Please do not feed the wild animals and keep all food and garbage inside unless it’s bagged properly inside the outside receptacles.
