Olivia's place was perfect for me and my father while he have a week full of appointments at the two Mayo Clinics in Scottsdale and Phoenix. I highly recommend her place!

Olivia and Kevin were very responsive during our stay, however, we were disappointed with the quality of the house. The house was not properly cleaned before our stay and the outdoor area included leftover trash and broken chairs from previous guests. The hosts did help to work with us on the indoor cleanliness but it still needed much improvement. I shared photos of areas that need updated which I believe will be taken care of in the future. Additionally the listing did not call out that the pool could only be heated to high 70s, which we were disappointed to find out after we paid the $300 pool heating fee. Unfortunately with two babies we were not able to utilize the pool as we originally hoped. We also found the beds and pillows uncomfortable and wish there were more/better cooking utensils, especially for an extended stay. The house is in a great area, very quiet and safe. It’s close to shopping and within 20 minutes to all other Scottsdale activities.
