Fantastic service from start to finish. The apartment was as described, in a great location within walking distance to all the main attractions. The apartment was clean, as described with a view to die for! Thanks again.

Superb location!! The views are incredible. The unit was very clean and had a full kitchen and utensils.

The good: The view was amazing!!! The living room/kitchen had plenty of room. The beds and linens were comfortable. Plenty of supplies and clean. Location was great since we were going to a concert at Madison Square Gardens. The challenges: The host told us he would be there to let us in and I gave him my flight arrival time which was accurate. I called when leaving the airport to let him know and he stated he would have someone there soon. He wasn't actually there to let us in and his assistant was there 30 minutes after we got there. This was 10pm at night and you have to wait outside. We couldn't get hair dryers to work at first. We had to turn the voltage down and it still wouldn't run on high, but the hair dryer in the apartment wouldn't work. Water was out for the whole apartment one night until 5am and it woke us up making noise when it came on. Shelves in the primary closet would have helped to allow us to unpack suitcases.
