Our stay in Judith’s loft could not have been better. The space was exactly as pictured - clean, spacious, and a beautiful view. Judith and John made us feel like friends. This village of Rensselaerville is tiny and quaint. We were fortunate to be there on Saturday when the local farm to table diner, Kuhar Family Farm, was open. It is even accessible from the trails in Huyck Preserve, where we spent the day hiking. We had an A+ weekend at Judith’s.

We loved the place. The one thing that we would have liked to have had was a king size mattress cover. It would have made the bed more comfortable.

Unique space with gorgeous views of the river. Judith was very helpful and accommodating.

The place was as described. Renovated 1820 building with a twisty chimney like in the olden days. Would definitely visit again.

Judith was very friendly and greeted us in person. The open room/bathroom was extremely spacious and blissfully quiet with a majestic wall of windows facing forested ridges and starlit skies. Rensselaerville is charmingly isolated, so visitors should arrive with whatever foodstuffs they require or inquire with your host regarding availability.
