We stayed at Peter’s home for a weekend and it was the perfect getaway! The house was incredibly clean and provided all the listed amnesties. Peter was very responsive, and the waterfront view was an added bonus!

I don't know which was better, the house itself or the host! Peter was so responsive; If we had encountered any issues I know he would have rectified it immediately. The house itself was just beautiful, perfect for our needs, comfortable, super clean, gorgeous water front views, ample driveway parking, plenty of room for us to spread out yet plenty of space to gather as well, and a home we would definitely stay in again. I highly recommend!

Staying at Peter's added to a very special and memorable fall visit to the Barrington/Warren area for our family of four adults. The home is beautiful, welcoming, pristine, and light filled with so many areas both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy. The numerous large windows provide views of the water and Warren townscape as well as the pool. We appreciated the location of the home as it allowed us not only beautiful views but wonderful and picturesque opportunities to walk the charming neighborhood, the water front, or to the local stores and restaurants in both Barrington and Warren. From two of the bedrooms you could hear some of the truck traffic from the main road but the views and other amenities offset that. The appliances are high end. The coffee bar was a nice treat. Peter was extremely responsive although we had no issues that needed communication during our stay. Checkout was extremely simple with the only request to pull the garbage and recyclables.
