Amy is a spectacular host. This was our second stay at her Barrington home (while visiting family in RI) and it was once again perfect for our needs. The office and wifi were great for my work needs and the kids had tons to keep them occupied between the pool, ping pong table, air hockey, foosball, puzzles, games, video games and tons and tons of great books. Downtown Barrington and Warren are both just a short drive away (or a nice long morning walk) and have great restaurants and shops. Don’t miss the oyster happy hour at the East Bay Oyster Bar or lunch on the water at the Wharf Tavern! Amy left us tons of treats, staples and a bottle of wine and was super helpful about early check in and late check out. Will definitely return for our next summer trip to RI. Thanks Amy!

We were very happy with the property and all its amenities. The kids especially loved the pool! Amy and her family left us thoughtful notes and treats. We were visiting the area for my sister’s wedding shower, and Amy & family even left little things for my sister and her fiancée. Amy was very responsive, and check in and check out were flexible, which was helpful to our travel plans.

We had the quintessential New England summer experience . Close to great beaches, shopping and seafood restaurants. Comfortable, clean and charming home with all the touches to keep a family happy (pool, game room, bunk beds!!). Amy went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday special, leaving him a bag of birthday goodies and special birthday balloons 🎈 It was a vacation we will never forget for all the right reasons

Amy's house was beautiful, well appointed, clean and so welcoming. She has thought of every detail and added special touches throughout. There was plenty of room for a larger group and a great use of the space with areas to relax, play, visit, cook, work, swim etc! The location was beautiful - in a quiet neighborhood with water view and within easy driving distance to restaurants, groceries, shops etc. She provided detailed instructions for the house and its amenities as well as a thoughtful writeup of area beaches and "to dos". Amy was very responsive, thoughtful and her enthusiasm was contagious. We felt extremely welcome and comfortable. We definitely hope to visit again!

If we could give Amy 10 stars we would! Rented her family home for our annual girl's weekend getaway and it was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, with beautiful views of the water. A few of us took advantage of the taking out the paddle board and kayak to the island while the others spent the day by the pool. The house was perfectly laid out having different areas for us to hang out in and Amy went above and beyond, very responsive and welcoming to us. Would definitely rent again <3
