John’s level of communication throughout our visit was excellent. The kitchen is well stocked - coffeemaker was amazing (the on button is on the left side of machine). Wonderful cup of coffee while sitting on the patio furniture. Easy access to water to sit and relax. Definitely a Boho-Surf Shack vibe - loved it.

We stayed at John’s place for 5 weeks and enjoyed each and every day, especially the outside, the fireplace and the seating area. We will be back next year.

We felt right at home in John's house. The house itself is well-furnished and clean. I thought it was nicer than the photos in the listing. The bottom floor is open with the dining area, kitchen, and living area easily accessible to each other. The kitchen is well-appointed -- we made a few meals there during our stay and I don't think we were missing anything. The upstairs has only the two bedrooms but, with the air mattresses, we comfortably slept 5. The couches are also comfortable for sleeping. The back deck is really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and the deck is fenced off from the closest neighbors, although open to the driveway, so it feels private. It was nice to spend a couple evenings gathered out on the porch, smelling the salt air, listing to the night bugs, and warming ourselves in front of the fire pit. The nearby East Bay Bike path is really a treat -- it's only a half mile walk/bike from the house, so if you like to run, bike, or walk, try it out.

We enjoyed our extended stay. The home is very comfortable and well kept. The views when walking the neighborhood are lovely.
