Wife and I stayed here for a few nights as we mostly explored Newport RI. It was early April so the weather wasn’t the best but seems like we beat the crowds. The towns of Bristol and Newport were not that crowded. The cottage was perfect for us. The reviews speak true about the small bedrooms but the place was very cozy and clean. The top of the line amenities were all functional. Thank you Evolve!

What a beautiful little cottage right on the water. Every morning you can sit and watch the ducks, swans and seagulls. This place had everything we needed and was close to grocery shopping. Would definitely come here again.

This was my second stay at the property. It was fun to come back during the off-season. Everything was just as nice as the first time. If you're looking for a sweet little cottage with nice touches and amenities in a peaceful setting, I highly recommend it.

Such a beautiful space to stay. The vibe of the inside coupled with the surroundings (especially the view towards the back) were excellent. Great space inside. Loved having the two bathrooms, and the space of of the full + the shower setup was 👌. Very communicative host if needed, which was appreciated. Would love to come back for our next visit.
