I am so glad we found this place. Did long term stay here and I could not be more satisfied with the responsiveness of the owner and how thorough he was during the entire stay there. Any issues that came up, were completely and swiftly resolved. The view of Davao harbor and Samal island is spectacular. My favorite morning ritual was to watch the sunrise up over Samal island. The room is on the top floor of the condominium building, which is why the view is so stunning. The swimming pool turned out to be another one of my favorite activities each day for some intense sun and daily exercise. The condos are in a gated community with many security guards who are very friendly and helpful. A main road is right next to them also making it super easy to get around. Lots of jeepneys going in both directions to catch with some experience is the cheapest possible way to travel. There was alway a taxi just outside the gate on the main road as well. Never had a problem with being overcharged

We had a great time at this unit! The host was really nice, and the place looks just like the pictures. It's a comfy and cool spot. We'll for sure come back. Totally recommend! 👍✨
