Had some minor issues, the induction stove was not working during my stay so I was not able to cook. The towel could have been changed to a newer and softer one. The one I had was a little bit hard and thin. But overall it was ok. Location was good and very responsive hosts. Unit is a little bit bigger compared to other units that I have checked-in in Seawind.
A good place if you like cockroaches.

Place is accessible to the wharf if you want to visit samal. It is kinda far from restaurants, however, there are taxis nearby which can take you to the malls. Less than P100 per trip which is not bad. Host was responsive and I love the door, it is keyless, perfect for someone who doesnt want to keep keys around haha! Place is awesome, just had a minor difficulty with the bathroom since it was not that spacious. Fan was a bit dusty as well. Nonetheless, had a great time in the place! It was peaceful and felt secure. Great view.
