Grandview had a great location and amenities and Fabian was a great communicator. Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant experience with the on site housekeeper. Throughout our first day she was in an out of the house. At midnight we were in the living room and she walked through multiple times without announcing herself. I asked for clarification on her role - would she continue to use the kitchen to make coffee etc. I was informed she should not be in our private spaces, and an hour later she confronted me aggressively pulling me behind the house. I asked to have her removed from the premises as she was making our group uncomfortable. At 4pm she approached me telling me we were breaking all the rules. She would not tell me what they were and then went around the house to yell at the group for playing music saying she was the owner. The doc I signed said music ends at 9pm. She ruined what should have been a weekend of celebration - it was disappointing. The high cost was not worth it.

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. I rented it for a large friends and family birthday gathering and it wawas s the perfect location. The main house was extremely well furnished and each of the rooms was perfect for everyone. The central courtyard pool was the greatest gathering place for everyone at all times and had sun and shade all day!

Grandview is beautiful, charming and very well located. The pool was a huge plus since it was so hot during the week we visited. We had a family reunion for my milestone birthday and it was the perfect arrangement for such an event. Everyone had their own space and the main house offered more than adequate gathering areas. The kitchen is large and easy to get around though I would like to see more cooking utensils provided. There is an on-site manager, Claudia, who was very helpful and responsive but was invisible unless needed. A few snags came up while we were there but they were immediately addressed. Some of the photos on AirBnB need to be updated due to furniture and decor changes but each room is setup the same as the photos and they were spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!
