The perfect spot for a fun Bachelorette weekend! Jair's place was stunning, with a big kitchen and dining for group dinners, a huge sectional, and an absolutely dreamy backyard set up. Communication was easy with the host, and the house was well-stocked. Would definitely recommend and stay again when back in WPB.

Everything was a pictured as promised (and the beds were super comfortable) - we had a wonderful stay! The backyard is truly special: we had family gathered for an event in the area and didn’t need to leave except for the party… Go ahead and book Jair’s place, you won’t be sorry!

Can’t say enough good things about this property and host. The house is exactly as it’s depicted on the listing. The host was incredibly responsive, almost always within 2 minutes when needed, for instance we asked the heat be turned up in the pool and it was increased immediately without hesitation ( other than that really only ever needed clarification on how to use a couple things in the house and some check out details). Our two young kids enjoyed the pool and playground and outdoor dining spaces with us. There were plenty of beach chairs and toys for our days we decided to spend out that way. The house is also incredibly secure, and has childproof mechanisms where needed so we never had any concern about them getting out, or anyone unwanted getting in. We will absolutely be returning as soon as possible.

Let's keep it simple, this is the house you need if you want to visit Florida east coast The house itself is spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need and more! The garden is very private with a lovely swimming pool and offers both sun and shade throughout the day. The location is perfect with best restaurants , beaches and shopping less than 10 minutes away! Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or quality time with good friends, you've found the perfect home! Thanks to Jaïr for making our stay so nice We’ll come back for sure !

My stay here could not have been better. The quality of the accommodations was exceptional, the host was extremely attentive and accommodating, and I felt like I got great value for the price. Looking forward to coming back!
