Things to Note: Check in is at 4pm - 10pm ONLY. The property is not pet friendly. GUESTS MUST BE AT LEAST 32 YRS/OLD TO BOOK. UPON BOOKING, WE REQUIRE A PHOTO COPY OF THE LEAD GUESTS DRIVERS LICENSE WHICH MATCHES THE CREDIT CARD USED TO BOOK. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9 PM - 9 AM. IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING GUEST FEES: The quoted nightly rate covers accommodation for up to 10 guests and applies exclusively to the main house. Access to the guest cottages is not included and they will remain locked unless specifically rented. If you wish to rent the guest cottages separately, the cost is $150 per night per cottage. For any additional guests beyond the initial 10, there will be an additional charge of $50 per guest per day. The availability of cottages for use will depend on the total number of guests.
