I spent a night at Zsa’s place. It’s a semi-detached room, like a hotel room (no refrigerator), with two windows — a large one overlooking the very lush greenery beside the property. The area is a bit “off the beaten track”, as they say, and for this reason it’s relatively quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very responsive (best to coordinate via SMS), and very friendly and helpful.

Been reading the reviews before I booked the place, really appreciate that they are really listening to the feedback they've gotten: - there's a microwave provided already (there's also a toaster, complete utensils, water heater) - there's also an extension cord provided so you don't have to worry charging your phones while in bed - there is enough street lights in the compound, we usually go back around 12am-1am so that was really helpful I think the only challenging thing is the steep road going there but it's normal in Baguio so ensure your car is capable of steep roads and your brakes are well-maintained. Also, follow locals' tips in going around because maps/waze usually points you to the wrong way. The hosts are also accomodating to our requests! Definely worth every penny!

Zsa and Jun were great! The place was just right for 2 people. Only 2 things could be better. 1, was getting to the location from the main road. It's steep with a sharp curve so best to have an experienced motor driver (if you're using their rental). Also, bring an extension cord, since only one side of the bed seemed to have an outlet. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at this property during my first solo trip at Baguio. Ms Zsa and kuya Jun is really accommodating and they assist me with all of my concerns as much as possible. The place is highly recommended especially if you’re a digital nomad like me since it is located on a peaceful neighborhood. The wifi signal is also great. I never encountered any issues with it during my entire stay. The place is clean and I their water heater is working perfectly. The only issue that I got is the steep path from the main road but Ms Zsa and kuya Jun always offer me free ride from the property to the main road if they are available, so it’s not really a big deal. They also have parking spaces so there will be no problem for those traveling with their own vehicles. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the property and I will surely go back here for my next travel.
