A stunning and unique property, highly recommend! We were a group of 14 friends for a 30th birthday celebration and the space worked really well for us, especially the dining room in the windmill. The rooms were comfortable and warm and we appreciated the spacious and well equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed a long overdue Christmas family get together with 3 generations from 3 different continents. The accommodation worked well for us with enough quiet spaces to 'switch off' if needed. There was enough to do inside the property so we did not venture too far during our short stay, other than for a few runs and trips to the local supermarkets. Thanks for a great stay

Lovely hosts very friendly helpful flexible and thoughtful; we took our daughter who is recovering from spinal surgery specifically for the pool which they heated extra warmer for us which really helped. The games room was amazing and a real treat as we were unable to do too much; we loved the garden size and pool and the kitchen was so well stocked. Lovely wood burners and fresh linen was luxurious. It’s a great base and the tower was extra fun. Thank you Sandra and thank you Gary

Unique property with lots of character as well as amazing views of the surrounding town and country from top of the mill. Sandra was very helpful from start to finish and everyone really enjoyed the experience of staying at such a special place. thank you Sandra :)

A perfect place for our 3 generational family group of 12. The property was fantastic, quirky and lots of nice thoughtful touches. It was really special. There was so much to do with excellent pool, good outside space, a well kitted out games room, board games, wii and piano. Great outside eating, large kitchen with informal eating and then a lovely formal dining room at the base of the windmill. We were able to all get together as a group but there was also space for everyone of whatever age to find a space to do their own thing.We were unanimous in saying we would all like to return. On the basis of the owner’s recommendation we used Beth of Bespoke To You to provide, at short notice, super balloon decoration and we had a delicious meal provided by Keith from Hidden Kitchen Catering. The host, Sandra was very easy to communicate with. All in all a wonderful place to stay.
