Located on the East side of Route 1, you will be close to everything Delaware beaches has to offer. This spacious three bedroom, two bath condo is minutes from the charming downtown of Lewes, Cape Henlopen State Park and the Cape May Ferry. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo. Only four miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach, the boardwalk, outlet shopping and more. After you are done exploring, cool off and relax in the community pool. As you enter from the first floor you will find the laundry room and garage. The living space is on the second floor with a spacious open livingroom, dining and kitchen area equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay. The master bedroom has a king bed, lovely walk in closet and private bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with the third bedroom that has two twin beds and a trundle.

Wonderful condo, wonderful host. Rental was clean and full of everything we needed. I appreciate the labels on kitchen cabinets - and the variety of kitchen amenities. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

We loved staying here. Everything was perfect and we will come back. It was everything we needed. The kitchen amenities were one of the best places we have stayed at. We love to cook so that was a bonus for us. The hosts were great communicating to be sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Robert and Lee. We love your house

We LOVE this place so much!! The hosts are very friendly and very kind. They provided very helpful information for us to explore locally. And my kids are extremely happy with the place—- from the marine animal decorations to the ping pong table to the swimming pool!! We had a great time staying in the place, we also saw dolphins at the beach! What great memories !!! Thank you Lee and Robert for allowing us to staying at your place, it was such a wonderful experience! We hope to come back again soon (as it does feel like home) and would highly recommend this place to anyone else who might be interested to visit Lewes!
