Christian is a nice guy and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately he screws up our vacation. 2 days before check in he reached out to us and informed that the property is not available. Since he is not the owner he cannot do anything with it. He suggest us to stay in another unit, BUT WITH DIFFERENT DATES. As a result our stay becomes 2 day shorter. It was not possible to find anything available for a weekend, so we had to accept his offer. I also want to mention that we made reservation in advance and it was fully prepaid. He also did not modify our reservation at Airbnb website, but I particularly ask him to do so. Making the reservation with him, just keep in mind that it’s no guarantee that you will be able to check in. He processed refund for 2 nights, but it does not help. We had to change our planes and cut the vacation.

Great location and great room! We loved the location, the pool and the hot tub! The place also has little gym and rec room that includes a pool table. It was great that each room had a ceiling fan and an extra fan (we used in the window). It really helped to cool the place since our visit was in the summer. Unfortunately the washing machine didn’t work correctly. It washed for a long time then when it was done it still had water and powdered detergent in it. I did report this to the office. The dishwasher didn’t dispense the soap so something must be wrong with that too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Great place, great location.

Location and facility are good. Very nice place to stay. Large rooms, decent kitchen. Easy access to town. Slightly odd set-up of Murphy bed in living area, as it blocks access to other parts of room. Would have given 4-5 stars were it not for the ridiculous policy of charging $99 for changing the name on the reservation. Renters beware: the person who makes the reservation MUST BE PRESENT at check-in!!! We had a medical emergency, which I explained, and I was unable to accompany my family on the trip. Christian insisted on collecting $99 to simply change it over to my boyfriend's name. The hotel staff was incredulous when my boyfriend explained to them what was happening, and stated that the owner (Christian) should have covered this cost. (The reason for the charge is because the timeshare property charges the owner after a certain number of name changes, to AVOID the owners subletting as an Air Bnb. ) What a lovely way to screw your guests, Christian. Otherwise, a very nice stay. (As reported by my family).
