Connie was great to deal with. It was my first time staying in a Airbnb and would totally do it again. Great big completely fenced in yard was perfect for my dog. Enjoyed our stay

Check-in was a breeze and the house was easy to find right off the main road. Good size house. 4 people fit more than comfortably for 5 days. Kitchen has basic essentials to be able to make some meals at home. While some maintenance could be done, overall it was clean and a decent place rest our head. As other reviews say, being that that the house is so close to the main road it can get noisy at night. Having the AC or noise machine app on makes drowns it out pretty well. Supermarkets, fast food, restaurants are all within 5-10 min drive. Quick drive to some attractions like Weeki Wachee which we loved. Connie was responsive and attentive when we had questions about the temperature. She even went out of her way to drop off some extra blankets. The house has beach towels and umbrellas for guest use which was nice.

First off, Connie was an exceptional communicator! The value was spot on and I personally think that what we paid to stay for 8 nights was a great price. The space was as described and it worked perfectly for what we were in the area for. The only "cons"- The road that runs by the property is busy and can be noisy. The windows are single pane so not a lot of protection from the vehicle noise that was present most hours of the day. The kitchen is minimally stocked, but again for the cost it worked for us. All said and done, it was a great stay, and Connie's communication made us feel very welcome and taken care of.

Convenient and affordable. Huge TVs everywhere. Mattresses could be better. Road noise is high but white noise app was helpful for sleeping.
