A quick 15 minute trip to everything downtown Asheville has to offer! Off the beaten path in a country holler at the end of a rustic gravel road, the 900 sf downstairs garden apartment is fully furnished and perfect for a relaxing weekend or longer-term stays. Utilize the workstation with a desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and high speed Wi-Fi service to work remotely while looking out at the property. Unwind with a stroll around the property up the wooded trail along the creek and waterfall! The unit is a fully private downstairs floor of the house. There are two other full time residents on the property that have lived with us for many years. One is in the separate upstairs unit of the house (there is no interior access between the upstairs and downstairs) and another next door in the mobile home next door. We ask that you kindly respect their privacy and solitude.

This Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. The directions and the house and surrounding areas were exactly as described, and the host's attention to detail was impeccable. From the clean, cozy interior to the convenient location, every aspect of the stay was top-notch. I would gladly book this place again in the future without hesitation. The property and the waterfall in the woods were amazing. It feels very hidden away, but is still in a location that is convenient to all that Asheville has to offer.
This cozy airbnb was absolutely perfect, and just as described in the listing. It is so close to downtown Asheville, yet tucked away at the end of a private road. The private waterfall on the property just behind the house was picturesque and tranquil. The inside was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and more! Andrew was very friendly and super responsive to any questions we had. He also offered some great recommendations for local dining.
We had a wonderful few day’s at Andrew’s place! It was exactly as described, and we loved being in such a quiet and relaxing location while still being super close to Downtown Asheville. Andrew went out of his way to accommodate requests, and the bed was super comfy! We also really appreciated and took advantage of the spacious kitchen and new appliances (one of the quietest yes effective dishwashers I’ve ever seen!)
This is hands down one of the best AirBnBs I’ve ever stayed at. Andrew’s place literally felt like a mini home and oasis in the woods. Things like a hair dryer and herbal tea made his place feel like home and made you feel welcomed. My wife and I love traveling with our dogs, and Andrew made them feel so welcomed with the dog bed, treats, and bowls. The location can’t be beat as it’s super close to downtown, but also quiet and relaxing. Thank you for a super clean, relaxing, and welcoming stay Andrew!

Rural setting tucked away in the mountains in a quiet and peaceful community with the property is hidden in a wooded cove at the end of a gravel drive.
The home is in the country and not part of a gated community–understand that you will see mobile homes, livestock, etc. on the road leading up to the house. The driveway is a bumpy gravel road, but is flat and 4 wheel drive is not required. Quick jaunt to downtown and dining, groceries, and shopping less than 5 minutes away.
