Welcome to your home away from home! Whether you’re cozying up to the SmartTv in the large living room, making yourself a morning coffee/tea in the fully stocked kitchen, or hitting snooze from the comfy memory-foam bed, you’ll feel the good vibes radiate from each room of this inviting space. This is a private unit in the lower level of a Duplex. Jazzy and Meg (the owners) live upstairs with their friendly dog Duke. The unit is bright, clean and cozy. Large windows in all of the rooms flood the space with natural light. Suitable for 2 guests maximum.

Loved my 2 week stay! Large windows with tons of natural light. Very clean and cozy! Jaz was an amazing host, very attentive to make sure I was enjoying the stay and asking if I needed anything additional. Very informative about local sudbury attractions if you are interested in exploring! Highly recommend!

Jasmine's place was perfect for our weekend activities while in Sudbury. It was comfortable and we felt right at home immediately. Communication with Jasmine was excellent. Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood just a two min drive from Bell Park and lakeside boardwalk while also close to amenities like Shopper’s Drug Mart (350m) and Chris’ Independent grocery store (900m). There is a bus stop at the end of the street for accessing local transit.
Located just minutes from HSN hospital, Science North, Bell Park, Cancer Treatment Centre, Laurentian University, Ramsey Lake, and local trail system, you’ll be close to the best Sudbury has to offer!

We are a young, married couple who love Sudbury and sharing the best this city has to offer with out-of-towners. When we’re not walking the trails with our dog, Duke, you can find us drinking coffee downtown, eating at local restaurants, or paddling nearby lakes. In the evenings, we prefer to snuggle up with our pup and catch up on some of our favourite tv series.
