Thanks for the stay Ashley! This home is easy with its location and simple! We came into town for a basketball tournament and the house was a good fit.

Ashley went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met throughout our entire stay. She communicated well, and saved the day by having a coffee maker replaced and delivered to the our door within 3 hours of notification that it was broken. She was kind, courteous and a good partner in problem solving. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Perfect for families or friends like us who were on an out-of-town adventure. The location of this home couldn't have been better because it was close to many good restaurants and and grocery stores. And - although it was close to the freeway, it was very quiet and peaceful. The house is well appointed with a full compliment of household necessities, and there are spotless, engineered floors throughout the house. We had a great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The space was perfect for my teenage girls and their friends. Plenty of space for them to spread out and still give me a place to get away and enjoy my book when I needed some peace and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the outdoor space. Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Next time we are in Roseville.

This stay was great! It was extremely clean, especially for a place that allows pets, which we totally appreciated! Instructions were clear for check in and check out and whenever we had a question the host was extremely responsive! Would stay here again and recommend to family & friends!
