Great place in Sac! Very quiet neighborhood and was just what we needed for four people. The game room was great. Will definitely book again for future visits.

The house is located in a safe neighborhood and was really cozy. My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights/4 days while we visited family in the area. The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much everything we needed for our short stay. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh/clean. The bathrooms were extremely clean too. We absolutely loved playing pool. It was definitely an added bonus!! The garage is very spacious and there's a brand new hot water heater on the premises. Heater/furnace ran great (for those of you that don't like to be cold) and it was easy to use. The backyard is private and has a nice place to sit and relax. Really fun place to stay overall. I think the only challenge we had was getting in and out of the house. The lock-box/doorknobs are kind of tricky and could used to be replaced with something a little easier to operate. I highly recommend this house. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice neighborhood. Funhouse with board games and pool table. Great for quick stays.

The home was cleaned worse than a budget motel. We found the remains of a cigar, ashes included, on the end table. This wasn't the worst of it, but the most obvious sign of how poorly cleaned it was. The backyard was littered with piles of animal poop. We were notified by text as we checked in that the dishwasher wasn't operational - and clearly hadn't been for some time, despite still including it in the listing. The grill was also broken, with a leaking gas line. We overlooked all of this due to fatigue. We lifted back the neatly-made comforters to find all 3 beds looking slept-in. The sheets had those wrinkles that only come from sleep. The hair was everywhere - just lying on top of the sheets and pillows. Then, I pulled back the sheets in the first room to find a large, dark urine spot on the mattress cover, unwashed. It was a horrible night. Beds went unused and little sleep was had. No one showered because they were both nasty and plastered in hair. We checked out early.
