Wonderful again, as always. ⭐️ Highly recommended for when you need a very comfortable getaway. It has been so nice to spend quality time with my dad in the neighborhood he grew up in, and be near family.
We’ve stayed here twice now and it has been wonderful each time. River Park is a beautiful neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts are great—there was a power outage due to wind and they had someone bring over a lantern and extra flashlights. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness. Extremely well stocked kitchen!! There’s a variety of spices, wide array of tools and utensils, plus a food processor, blender, immersion blender, crock pot, and pressure cooker.. If you love to cook you won’t be disappointed with this kitchen. Detergents and trash bags are also provided (not always guaranteed at AirBnBs unfortunately.) There’s even a lovely Meyer lemon tree in the backyard! A very nice place to stay and relax. 😊
Multi-generation, five adult family members all enjoyed staying in this River Park home together. The home is comfortably furnished which supported our desire to be able to sit and talk and relax. The kitchen is well appointed, we had everything we needed and more. It would be fun to stay there during warm, dry weather to get to enjoy the pool.
Elegant, spacious, and clean with keen attention to detail and amazing amenities - this space has it all. Maria and her team are always super responsive and this stay was no exception. The location is excellent - within walking distance of the American River, Paradise Beach, various bike trails and a few solid restaurants this was our home away from home. We love to cook when we travel and the kitchen had it all. The three bathrooms allowed our family of four to spread out and have their own independent space and I was able to use the office on my last day of work before the holiday. The hot tub was the icing on the top and we hope to be back in the summer to take advantage of the pool. Maria and her team are always super responsive and I appreciate the teams ability to response almost immediately. Thank you for the wonderful home and managing this property.
The home was beautiful. Felt like home. Easy instructions for spa, lots of utensils in kitchen to use for cooking. Very peaceful area.
