Fish or swim from your private pier or sit on the shaded pier enjoying a book or doing some work on strong WiFi. Bring your boat and pull kids tubing or find a secluded undeveloped cove less than 15 minutes away to fish or bird watch. Parties and events are not allowed. Downstairs: Enjoy two tv rooms - one for you and one for the kids. One TV room includes a gas fireplace for those cool evenings, and the whole house has central heating and air. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, stove, and microwave and all the necessary utilities for preparing a meal. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and two baths across the hall. Additionally, there is a room with a comfortable convertible couch which can sleep two, though this bedroom is accessed through the other two bedrooms or from an exterior door. Perfect for stashing your kids nearby. The second TV room also includes a convertible couch which can sleep two. The downstairs has several one-step level changes and we do not recommend this property for people in a wheelchair. Upstairs: A single bedroom with a king sized bed and an attached bathroom. Outside: The house has one screened porch facing the lake and one front porch facing the street. There is a fire pit and outdoor seating as well. The property is surrounded by a sea wall with three to five foot drops between the yard and the water. You can access the water for swimming via the pier, a ladder on the pier, or steps from the pier. The house is set on a hill that would be difficult for people who need a walker as a mobility aid. Additionally, children in the backyard should be accompanied by an adult due to the sea wall and direct access to water. The front yard, however, is fully fenced and fully separate from the back yard, so there is a very safe space for outdoor play.
