This place was spacious and clean. Resort is peaceful and the staff was friendly. It looks like the pictures. Host was very responsive before arrival. Water pressure was strong (that’s a good thing on an island). A few loops on the Curtains were hanging down, I felt that could have been an easy fix. One thing that bothered me is that the listing states check in is 4 pm. I specifically asked the host 2 times prior to arrival if there was any way I could check in sooner. It didn’t have to be super early but I arrived early afternoon and it would have been great if it was possible. If you see I’m asking about getting in before 4 pm because that is on your listing,and you know that your check in is actually at 3 pm why not say that instead of having my family and I sitting around on the resort waiting unnecessarily? If a guest is requesting early check-in and it’s possible, let the guest know that the room is ready. Don’t have the guest just sitting around unnecessarily.

We had an amazing time! Loved the location and the hotel amenities. I would definitely stay here again and I would gladly recommend this property to family friends.

The condo was a perfect size, nicely decorated, & clean. We opted out of the all-inclusive option offered by the resort, but you can still use all facilities, shops, bars & restaurants by paying as you go (perfect for us). The resort staff are very pleasant and helpful and our host was always responsive. She also helped us setup transportation to/from the airport and a Negril excursion. She was 10 out of 10! There were a few minor things that we wished had been better but they wouldn’t stop us from returning: the listing says it sleeps up to 6 w/ 2 bedrooms & 3 beds. However, the pullout couch had no bed linens so 1 of our guests unexpectedly had nowhere to sleep. The resort charges $15 per sheet or blanket; $30-45 to make the bed just didn’t sit well with us. There were extra pillows in a closet but all were musty and visibly moldy. There were no hand towels in any bathroom. We’d go back but will pack additional items accordingly. Otherwise we had a great time.
