Michelle and Frank's villa is beautiful! They are very responsive hosts. Frank greeted us on arrival and showed us around as well as he saw us off. If we needed anything, they were quick to assist. Everyone loved the property. The view is amazing, with uninterrupted views of the sea and the golf course. The villa is located in a gated neighbourhood and is very quiet. We felt safe and comfortable, right at home. Some ensuite bathrooms have views of the sea. A/C units are in all bedrooms and some common areas. There is a gym with a view if you want to exercise. The villa has an office for those who need to work, honestly, we all worked from the deck, taking in as much of the view as possible. The location was perfect for us. It was close to everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying at Michelle and Frank's villa again.

We had a wonderful stay. Michelle was very responsive and accommodating. The views were spectacular and the house is located in a secure gated community.

Overall, my experience at Michelle and Frank‘s exquisite and Rumi house was fantastic. When it came to last minute adjustments or questions that I or any member of my group had, they were very attentive and ready to fix whatever problem at hand. I found the nine- person group to be rather stressful at times, but the hosts really helped to shoulder the burden and ease any tension or mishaps when he came to last-minute requests and I want to thank them for that. Because of their hospitality and grace, I was able to celebrate my 30th birthday exactly how I had envisioned. Jamaica was a trip to remember and I’ll definitely be back!

our flight was canceled so needed a place for a night. we were a group of 12 with 4 kids. Frank was very helpful. He gave us a ride to the grocery store for us to pick up some dinner since we did had a ride. over all we enjoyed the stay

Our stay at this Airbnb was pleasant overall. The host was very polite, warm and friendly. The apartment offered ample space for our group, with each room having its own bathroom for privacy and convenience. We appreciated the array of amenities, including well-stocked kitchen utensils and beach towels. The presence of 24-hour security personnel added a sense of safety. The location's proximity to the beach and shopping areas made exploring easy. However, there were some drawbacks. The lack of a key or code for access resulted in us having to contact the host each time we wanted to leave and re access the property. The apartment felt somewhat dated, with a few creaky beds affecting comfort. Some of the bedrooms and bathrooms lacked curtains, compromising privacy. Also, the shower heads were low, which might be challenging for taller guests. Despite these issues, our overall experience was positive and we would consider returning, hoping for a more comfortable stay.
