Dacia is amazing! Always responsive even before we booked and after we checked out as well. I enjoyed the stay, the condo was as expected. The issues I had were with the resort property itself and not with Dacia. The recommendation for Richard Greg as our driver was 10/10 and he made our trip seamless! Overall I truly enjoyed my stay. I wish the Jewel Grande would’ve had better customer service in some aspects but nothing to blame Dacia for. I would rebook again just off the strength of Dacia’s communication, recommendations and the beauty of the condo. Thank you Dacia!

We had a family member become critically ill five months ago. My husband and I have had no breaks and under extreme stress for five months. I was fed up with our daily life and I booked this trip absolute last minute. Everything was perfect. I felt like I was able to get away even when traveling with a one year old and a five year old. I was most concerned about safety. The resort staff is on it!! They have security everywhere and cameras. By the end of the stay everyone knew our names. The resort staff is absolutely phenomenal. I am very grateful we could make these memories. The apartment itself was very comfortable. It had enough room for our family of four. Dacia was great. She arranged for a crib to be in the apartment upon our arrival as well as helped me arrange transportation.

Dacia was a great host! We loved the view and the amenities. Unit was as listed, the pay as you go was great. Dacia recommended Chef_lifeja, he was truly professional and did a wonderful job preparing our meals.
