friendly host Neeraj helped us by allowing to stay for extra hours after check-out time due to delay in our train schedule without charging anything. also, paw friends Scooby, Rocky, Sugar & Simba will surely gets your attention. we would like to recommend this place and would definitely make a visit during our next trip to GOA.

It was a very calm and peaceful stay at Neeraj's place.He has been a Very helpful host. He has 4 dogs who welcomed me and are very playful. The place is away from the village & regular road and at a newly developing plot. A personal vehicle is recommended to commute to this place freely, though rental taxi contacts are also available with the host.

I had a wonderful time sharing Neeraj’s beautiful home. The place is secluded in a peaceful area which helped me to do my work. I was able to go running and do yoga. The food was incredible - fresh vegetarian meals with very little oil - healthy and like nothing I’ve had in India. Neeraj has five lovely dogs, 4 of whom he has rescued from difficult situations. He was so helpful in supporting me with any requests. Highly recommend!

The place is beautiful. The room was clean and well maintained. Neeraj was extremely responsive and a responsible host as well. He had mentioned that the place was not near a beach or a typical touristy location that most people think of when they think of Goa. However, it is in a slightly isolated patch of Velha, which is only now seeing more footfall from the outside tourists. There is only one reason I have given 4/5 for this place. The access road, the last 300-400m is not really great. And since we arrived late in the night (around 10 pm), it felt even more isolated. If you are looking for a quiet time in Goa surrounded by greenery, and on off beat location for a few days to unwind, or even spend a few days working remotely in peace, this is the place for you. It is not for business visits or beach-tourism. Neeraj is a wonderful host, friendly, kind and helpful. His household help was also always responsive. Don't miss the food, it is delicious home food.

it was quite an amazing experience, from the cleaning to the food, everything was sustainable and the stay was very peaceful. though there were some hurdles reaching the place because the way to the place is not any straight road. but it's manageable. the host were very helpful and supporting. they arranged the taxi, and help whenever we needed.
