I was traveling with my parents both who are senior citizens. Initial impressions was the villa was impressive. We had to walk up 3 sets of staircase which was way too taxing for my parents. The first night I had an issue with the AC noise which got fixed on its own. The water had some sorta smell which got cleared once it was refilled. The location was quite and surrounded by greenery. Javed and family were very hospitable and kind. The kitchen and dinning area were very optimally spaced for the stay. Both the bedrooms were very clean. The location shared kind of deviated us to another location, its best to connect with Mr.Javed before you reach this location or you could try searching SatiDevi temple Merces, it guides you quite accurately.

Overall good stay. Very reasonable rates. Friendly host and family. Located in quite residential area, however will need own transport to get to places. Few aspects can be improved - Toilets and Kitchen area needs deep cleaning/maintenance. Waste/items from previous residents needs to be cleared out. If above issues can be fixed is a good deal!

The place is good for 4 to 5 peoples..if you want a peaceful stay you must try it.. basic amenities were present...nice surrounding

Javed was a great host. He allowed early check-in and late checkout and has kept the things all already before check-in. He was very cooperative and made the stay very comfortable
