disclaimer: this review is for the upper level unit, not the pictured unit as we were asked to switch units the day of our arrival. AC was effective. Rooms were large and relatively comfortable (though some sort of night stand or dresser would be helpful). Bathroom is very small and needs work. Door has no handle and doesn't stay closed unless shoved closed and then hard to get back out given no handle. Bathtub is very dirty - some of which is age, but a lot comes off and is just not being cleaned. Various amenities in the upper level unit listing were not present - hangers, clothing storage, hair dryer, etc. DW is a portable which would be fine if disclosed in the listing and accompanied by instructions. It was not initially functional. We had to make arrangements to get the proper connector to attach it to the sink. Neighborhood was quiet and nice to walk in. People were friendly.

There are a number of maintenance items that need to be taken care of to make this a comfortable place to stay. Beds were comfortable, but furnishings were sparse and the bathroom needs work.
