We booked Theo’s place at the last minute after other accommodations fell through. From the moment it was booked, Theo was an excellent host. He was communicative, responsive and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. He provided great local recommendations as well. The place was just as described, and plenty of room for our family of 5. We appreciated having a combined washer/dryer in the space. We only used the smaller shower, so I can’t comment on how well the other one works, but everything functioned well. We had plenty of hot water, the ability to adjust the heater in every room, and enough dishes and linens. The location was buzzing with shops and restaurants all nearby. We relied on public transportation and there were at least two metro stations and a few bus stops within a 15-minute walk. It was a great stay, and I would absolutely return to Theo’s place in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay in Theo's apartment, it was in a fantastic location! We would thoroughly recommend it! It was a great size and well equipped. A great time in Paris!

Fantastic location, really cool restaurants. In Le Marais! We are a family of 4 with one young kid. It’s perfect since the listing is on ground floor, really easy to find. Host is very communicative. Will def recommend.

Couldn’t have been a better location. Right in the heart of everything. Easy to walk to amazing restaraunts and bars. The apartment was very quiet and peaceful - located in a nice courtyard. Felt very safe as well, which is always important when traveling internationally. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with glasses and plates. Apartment was clean. Only one toilet, but we made it work. Theo was very quick to respond and super helpful and friendly . Would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling to Paris.
