Loved this spot! Quick uber or 30 min walk to campus... very clean, spacious and well-kept. Hosts were great and very responsive. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Colette’s. The house was pristine, beautifully furnished, and looks newly renovated. Colette thought of everything a guest may need from the very well appointed kitchen, to coffee, tea, and milk of the guests’ choosing. She also had bathroom supplies and offered to provide bathrobes. This very cute house was located in a tranquil neighborhood that was just 5 minutes to the wonderful Downtown Mall and 15 minutes to Monticello. Colette was very kind and responsive and provided lots of recommendations on things to see in the area. I would highly recommend this stay !

This was probably one of my best airbnb experiences. Colette was super attentive and sweet and she made sure we felt right at home with many little details throughout the house. The place was squeaky clean, and the beds/couch were super comfortable. She was so kind to let us check in a little early and she was very attentive. The location of the house is also great— close to everything but in a quiet, private neighborhood. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great experience. My family comes to Charlottesville annually and we've stayed in a few different AirBNBs; this one was the best combination of price, location, and comfort. Colette did a great job of communicating - and making us feel welcomed. Highly recommend to others!
