We just enjoyed Samantha's cottage for the second time. Charlottesville is an annual destination for us, we've been staying in AirBnBs for years. But after last year, we immediately booked for 2024. We hope to stay in 2025 as well! This year we were greeted by Samantha and I was able to ask her lots of gardening questions. She was even prepared to dig some of her plants up for me to have for my garden at home. It's a lovely property with gardens and trees all around. There are several outdoor areas to enjoy as well. A deck off of the kitchen and a covered lounge and eating area with a grill. Beside the creek is a firepit with chairs. We enjoyed watching some deer. You can enjoy feeling a little secluded but within one mile are stores, grodceries, restaurants, etc. And close to downtown Charlottesville. It goes without saying since we stayed again tnat we found the cottage clean, comfortable well stocked, etc. Nice little touches around that make it feel very welcoming.

Great place to stay in Charlottesville with a county-like atmosphere, just minutes from downtown. Highly recommend.

Samantha's place is a real gem! Perfect for two couples and or families. We loved the kid friendly amenities and bonus goodies (closet with toys, books and baby supplies). The kitchen is will equipped to cook meals with a lovely outdoor deck for dining. Samantha was a great host, communicated with us throughout our stay and provided clear instructions on how to get in. We would definitely stay here again!

Samantha was a great host! Excellent communication and very responsive. The cottage is exactly as described. All details have been thought of including some really generous surprises. Bed was very comfortable. I will definitely look to book again on a future trip to Charlottesville!

If you are looking to feel right at home, look no further. Clean, relaxing and stocked with everything you need. Samantha’s place is tucked back in, so you get a fabulous night sleep in the very comfortable beds. You are close to everything Charlottesville has to offer. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!
