This was the perfect place for our family of five! Quiet street and easy access to highways. The extra amenities were a thoughtful touch (a few detergent tablets, dishwasher tablets, new in package sponge for kitchen,). If we’re ever visiting the area again, we would definitely stay again!

The house was in pristine condition. Nice, bright, and very clean. Steve was great to work with, very quick to respond with any questions and had some good suggestions for us. We were there for a few days of the bourbon tour and the location worked for us since we were meeting at a local golf club to meet our van. Having the private parking in the rear was important since the street was always busy. Great house and great host. We will use again!

Above and beyond. We booked at the last minute and Steve was so quick to respond and so helpful! Location was perfect and the place was new with the best supplies. He even helped when we left something behind which has never happened and was not expected. My family felt at home and appreciated the hospitality! Would book again!

We were in town for a show at the Expo center. Steve’s house was less than 5 minutes away which made getting there and back very convenient. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was great and the living room was comfortable for our group to watch March Madness games.
