So first of all I have to say that the unit was very nice and clean. Furniture was comfortable, was as pictured. There is a pool, but it was as ice cold. Granted we were there in early April, so may warm up later in the season. There is also a hot tub in the next building. I was surprised at the lack of household items that are typically in other Airbnb’s we have stayed at. There were no paper towels, napkins, salt pepper, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, limited hangers, shampoo and conditioner, and toilet paper. We had to buy these things and left what we didn’t use for the next guests (you’re welcome!). There is a restaurant and bar nearby and pizzeria. Other than that, Charleston is a 20 minute drive. Ashleigh was a very responsive host and answered our questions right away. She was very accommodating with special requests.

We had an amazing week. The housing complex had a ton of amenities and was a actually better than the pictures. The beds were all comfortable. We couldn't figure out the garbage pickup. They took it one evening, but not the next so we had to take it to the compactor. It would probably just be easier to take it. Watch your step because pet owners don't clean up after their animals despite multiple areas that have bags and cans available. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here. We were in a group and had kids ranging from 1-17 and they all loved it.

I really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was super comfortable and well put together. Ashleigh instructions were great and easy to follow! Will use again if available !

I can’t say enough good things about this place! It was absolutely incredible, the pictures do not do this place justice! Ashleigh was amazing and super responded so quick! I will 100% be staying here again, and loved everything about the whole experience!
