If I was going to tell you all the great things about this place I would need more time and more space. Not enough can be said for the VERY attentiveness of Zach. We had merely made some suggestions of things we thought would improve future guests of the home. Within just a few hours all of those things arrived at the house. We were not expecting that at all. We did have one little hiccup (no fault of Zach's at all), but he was very quick to handle it. From the time I started looking at this property, booking it, staying there and checking out, everything went so smoothly. If we were to stay in the area again, I would definitely book here again. Thank you Zach!!!

Zach’s place was extremely clean and well decorated, a very cute house in a quaint neighborhood. Very responsive in answering questions and the location was ideal for the music festival we attended. Great restaurants within a close driving distance.

All of our crew loved this house. We felt right at home and loved the updates! My son was especially excited over the pool table! Thanks Zach!! We had a great time!

We had a great stay here and would love to come back! The house was so cute and comfortable with plenty of space and a large fenced in yard for the dog. We enjoyed the pool table and tvs throughout the house whenever we were there. Great location to get to lots of different areas around Charleston. Zach was super easy to communicate with and even came by and made room in the trash can because the last person forgot to put it out. Kitchen is minimally stocked but it was enough for the little bit of cooking we did since we were enjoying the restaurants! Also, appreciated the mat for dog bowls already there. Highly recommend!

Initially Zach was quick to respond. We did end up having an issue and had messaged him around 8:00 p.m. in the evening. We messaged him again two more times in the morning and finally heard back from him 12 hours afterour 1st message. He said he was busy with his dog having puppies. We ultimately ended up leaving the house. Zack did Issue us a refund for the days we didn't stay.
