We spent a few days at the end of our Spring Break in Charleston. As a family of 4, two being teens, we always prefer to spread out in an AirBNB vs hotel. The home and area did not disappoint and was perfect for our family. We spent time in Charleston proper, but when back at the house we were able to eat at the restaurants nearby which were easily accessed via car or walking. I enjoyed my morning hot tea on the back deck looking out at the lovely marsh and yard. The home is clean and matches the photos and descriptions. The neighborhood is quiet with an occasional train off in the distance. We would stay at this location again and look forward to a return trip in the near future.
I rented Alex's place for my sister, my nephew and I for their 1st trip to Charleston. The home is just beautiful and Alex is a terrific host!! He communicated with me from beginning to after our departure. There's nothing negative i could even remotely come up with regarding Alex nor his home. From the furnishings which were lovely the beds being extremely comfortable. The master bedroom on the 1st floor was AMAZING. The soaking tub was a dream!! The neighborhood is so quiet at night. I enjoyed the evenings out on the deck with a candle lit and a glass of wine. Just listening to the quiet. If you're looking for a beautiful and affordable place to stay this is DEFINITELY the place for you!! I know i fully intend on a return trip in the very near future. Our home is a bright modern airy space with, views of the marsh and all the amenities you need for the perfect stay. My wife and I are Charleston locals who enjoy the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and listening to live music. We will always be just a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.
