Logement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Au calme, avec bel environnement pour les balades à pied ou en vélos (4 vélos étant sur place). Maison fonctionnelle et bien clôturée pour nos amis 4 pattes, parfait. Une belle terrasse en bois bien exposée pour les bains de soleil ou apéritifs en famille. Excellent séjour d'une semaine.

WARNING: Dangerous house with high Maintenance Backlog and false distances in the add und poor management HOUSE: overall a nice and charming house, I would say built in the 50s or 60s. It has still the original flooring. Besides new paint, a cheap kitchen and bathroom no renovation insight done. The toilet runs forever! Therefore a huge maintenance backlog. The wiring is so old that we had sparks coming out of a socket, the house smells after moisture. The furniture is very old and needs desperately replacing. The whole house and furniture is DIY. Location: the add says 2 min to the beach. First off all it is not a real beach. It is more like a river estuary whith tides. So at low tide there is almost no water, at high tide you need to walk a fair distance that you can swim. The distance is more like 1,7km which would result in an average speed of 85 km/h per hour in order to meet his 2 min. So it is according to Maps around 6 km. Count most of his times 2.

Village très calme, reposant. Proche de la piste cyclable, vélos dispos, parfait.
