The location of the place is great. exactly as mentioned and shown In the pictures. Serene view of sea. Great interiors. 1 room is big which can accommodate 4 people or more and other room is very small which can accommodate 2 people max. the care taker comes as ler the schedule and she cooks also based on pre order for the meals. The kitchen is well equipped so that own meals can be cooked. There is no wifi as mentioned in their listing but Jiofi dongle is provided , which has limited connectivity. Airtel and Jio worked , but with very limited range. Many beaches are nearby like, Nevere , Aare, Waare, Ganpati Phule, etc. Suggest to visit Aare Vaare and Nevere beach early mornings and for sunset. The beaches are clean and less crowded. Overall our experience was great..Would prefer to book this property again. Thankyou Sweta for being great host.

This property is just perfect for a family holiday! it's totally value for money! Well maintained inside and outside premises also. For meals, one should either cook ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen or order from nearby restaurants. overall a fantastic experience!
