This property of unique place with the ample amount of space 52 sqm to fit your family. Stunning mountain view in from of a window. Cool breeze blew on a 8 flr high balcony. Makes yours stay relaxing and comfortable as you could be. Big TV screen to watch to watch your favorite shows, high speed internet, modern furniture to macth your lifestyle. Equip with kitchen utensils and table ware. My place is a 2 bedroom condo unit. Master bedroom was composed of queen size bed a small table where you can work a 2 seater sofa and a TV mounted on the wall. The second bedroom equipt with full sized and pull out bed perfect for 3 person to sleep.

Hosts are very responsive. They make sure to acknowledge your questions and answers swiftly. They even waited and guided us during check in. It has a great location; near fast food restos and convenient stores. The unit is spacious and best for families. It was clean and well-lit. We had a comfortable stay and would love to go back!

Our neighborhood is convinient to everything close to bank, supermarket, shopping mall, hospital and restaurant
Guest can request concierge to call Taxi, you will wait for 3 to 5 minutes for the taxi to arrive. You will spent 70 Php (1.50 USD) to go to nearby mall or 2 USD to go to downtown Iloilo. If your are driving there is a street part in front of the building first come first serve.
