Stunning! We ended up cancelling plans to travel while staying so we could enjoy the house and area. The house, fire, decor, location…All above and beyond what we expected. We hope to be back one day. Thank you for having us! If you get a chance do the Mickey’s beach to Randall’s bay walk. Absolutely stunning.

We thoroughly enjoyed 2 days spent in this charming seaside cottage. We were warm and comfortable, the cottage was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved having a fire and enjoyed the decor of the cottage, beach shack tizzied up nicely. It was cold and blustery so we did not use the outside deck nor did we use the television room preferring to sit in the main living room with the fire on and our books enjoying the view to the sea. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, we stocked up with food from Cygnet and found the cooking facilities and equipment very good.

Sea Gypsy was a beautiful sea shack with a view of Eggs and Bacon Bay. This is an all weather place. When the weather turned cold we had a fire inside which warmed the whole place. When the weather turned fine we ate outside on the verandah. The outlook is incredible with beautiful views from ever window. We had to cut our holiday short due to a cyclone progressing towards our home in north Queensland. Louella was very understanding and gave us lots of options. It's worth noting that the nearest shops and laundromat are about a 20 minute drive (through beautiful country) so stock up before you head there. Plan to have lunch in one of the many cafes in Cygnet when you head out for supplies. There are a couple of great vineyards nearby: Mewstone and Two Bud Spur. Overall wonderful experience.

We stayed here after getting married. It was the most beautiful place to stay. It was so serene and absolute bliss. Everything inside was very cute also. Definitely a cheerful place to stay.
