Churchills Residence apartment is very beautiful but I am afraid it is let down by the poor level of service which is a great shame. The key pick up is in the centre of town rather than in Devonport and I was given the wrong address to collect the key. A note pinned to the office door sent us to another address two blocks away. The person we collected the key from did not know the property so could not advise on specifics and just referred us to the printed notes. It was unclear from the instructions exactly where to park having paid £12.50 per day. There is no phone number on the listing or link to ask host questions before booking. After I booked, the phone was often not answered, it went to voicemail which was full so I could not leave a message and had to call back. Our Sunday morning departure coincided with the Plymouth Marathon and much of the centre of town was cut off from driving which made returning the key even more difficult but the host had not informed us of this.

The apartment is great and spotless. would highly recommend. only 2 things that i feel are cheeky. Charging for parking is outrageous when the flat has two allocated spaces . its not London and there is free parking around anyway PLUS no key safe outside flat. i had to drive into cwntral Plymouth to collect and drop off keys which puts me out. The flat is great but the company who owns it should be more customer focused rather than trying to make more money for parking and making me do the running around as a paying customer 🤷‍♂️
