The place is goodbut it's upsetting that you were asking me to move to another place at the last minute. I asked for help when I was booking and when the following date couldn't be booked, you told me you're going to waive it. You should be able to know if someone else already booked my preferred date and told me sooner so I could've booked someone else's. I booked last 23rd and it was 29th suddenly last minute you are going to tell me that someone else had booked it already?? The same day that I won't have the time to cancel the reservation??? Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don't usually do this but gotta let you know because this holiday was a big thing for me. I supposed to relax yet you gave me hassle. I hope you don't do it to someone else.

Ranjell’s place is very convenient, downstairs is already a row of shops, food places and it has an exclusive access to the mall. Would recommend for first timers in Manila!
