I rarely say this but if you have the chance to rent this unit take it!!! It's totally worth it. A2J's place is amazing. For me, 10000/10 since every corner is super clean (amoy downy lahat like yung pillow case at blanket), the kitchen has a lot of amenities, like microwave, toaster, blender and more aside from the basics.🥰 At first, we had trouble on playing PS3 on TV and netflix has no account yet. But the Host is very responsive and was able to sorted out the issues right away. This kind of situation doesn't affect our stay at all. We really enjoyed our 22-hour staycation🍾💗 Free pool access was superb. Would book it again! Thank you A2J and Aira for having us.☺️
I booked the room because i needed a place to stay for roughly 5 hrs before I went to the airport. We arrived in the room at 4 in the afternoon. Check in was at 3 pm. The cleaner was still inside the condo and told us that the AC is not working. We contacted the host and tried to sort it out. The maintenance team arrived and said that the AC isnt gonna work. We already paid for it and they didnt had any thing else to offer. And since i only need it for 5 hrs we stayed. They provided fan but ut was still hot inside. The bed was creaking, seemed like the wood is breaking. The cupboards are dusty. They gave a refund tho for the inconvenience of 1K.
From the very start, check-in process was less than smooth. They gave unclear and incomplete instructions. We booked this place 6pm on the exact day that we’re going to check-in, so technically this was a late booking. We checked-in around 11pm and they woudn’t let us in. They were asking for a confirmation from the building’s admin but we did not receive one in our email. It was such an inconvenient situation for us. The unit’s bathroom smelled like chemicals and had stains on the floor. The glasses and plates smelled like it wasn’t used recently. The toilet paper and shampoo was in our bedroom. The aircon needs a good clean and the bottom part needs to be replaced. We are not fussy when it comes to airbnbs, we only want a decent place to sleep that has our basic needs, and we expected to receive that when we booked this place because we paid a decent amount. This place have HUGE potential if maintained properly. We are hoping that they focus on improving this place.
