The apartment is in great location and has nice lay out, but needs a lot of upgrades, a lot of things are broken, stained, cracked.The apartment is on the beach and did not have beach umbrellas or beach towels, the AC was not working very well , it was either hot on upper level or freezing on lower level, two nights of the stay it was very hot even with the portable AC. We stayed in larger bedroom so I would think that it was even hotter in smaller bedrooms. The kitchen is not well equipped , especially for a larger family. It was great place but 15-20 years ago:)

Daniel’s place was photographed very well, to strategically hide the shortcomings of the unit. The bathrooms were minimally photographed and for good reason, old and poorly maintained with dis functional hardware and mold. The AC vents were filthy and the upstairs AC did not cool the rooms. We stayed for four hours total and realized this place was a lost cause. It’s a shame because this location is pristine, but the apartment needs a heavy dose of maintenance. Advice to host: stop covering things up, and invest in your asset, you can do better. This unit does not belong on Airbnb at these prices.

This location was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and the washer and dryer were a real blessing. The living room furniture was so comfortable and we had ample room for two couples. The amenities with this rental- pool, sauna, restaurants, and market were added bonuses. Great place to stay!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The space was immaculate, well-furnished, and had everything I needed for my stay. The location was also convenient and made it easy to explore the area.
